2. Web Mission Information and Reporting System

Web Mission Information and Reporting System, or WMIRS (pronounced “Whim-Ers”), is the system CAP uses to manage operational mission activities for ground and air assets. It is located inside eServices and is interacted with through your internet browser. For those completely unfamiliar with WMIRS, you can get briefed and trained on it at WMIRS Training for sUAS.

3. Operational Risk Management (ORM) Requirements

The CAPF 160 Deliberate Risk Management Form and the sUAS ORM Matrix are both used to control risk during training, check rides, and operational missions. Check the Flowchart above for when and how to use them based on your activity.

• Use of the CAPF 160 is taught in: P-5102 — Demonstrate knowledge of the risk and risk mitigation associated with flying UAS aircraft.
