1. Obtain a FEMA Student Identification Number (FEMA SID)
2. Register for an Account with State of Louisiana - Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP)

Select Civil Air Patrol / Out of State

Uncheck GOHSEP Personnel.

Enter Civil Air Patrol / Federal in the appropriate fields.

3. Register for Available On Demand Courses
- Go to “Trainings” and look for “Available On-Demand Courses”. Enroll in the courses you need.
- Go through the course slide presentation. Take post-course test. It is automatically graded and a completion certificate is produced (Free).


4. Get Civil Air Patrol Credit
