Body of Knowledge. This sUAS Mission Task Guide comprises the main body of knowledge required for fully qualified sUAS Mission Technicians (UAST) and sUAS Mission Pilots (UASMP).
Task-Based. Required knowledge is broken up into “tasks.” Each task must be learned and then demonstrated to a Skills Evaluator Trainer (SET).
Task Validation. Successfully demonstrated tasks will be validated in eServices by a SET. Task validation is how trainees progress through their UAST and UASMP Skill Qualification Training Worksheet (SQTR).
Fully Qualified. Completing the UAST or UASMP SQTR is how sUAS Aircrew become fully qualified to serve on a wide scope of priority missions.

This Wiki uses the original Task Guide as a base layer or scaffolding. It then integrates new technical knowledge and CAP sUAS programmatic changes developed since 2019. CAP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from HQ CAP and individual Wings continuously contribute to the Drone Wiki and keep it relevant. HQ CAP approves this version.
